Arrivals and Check-In
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time for check-in and preparation for your treatment. Please note that your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest.
Mask Policy
Masks are optional at our spa. Your comfort and safety are our priorities, so feel free to wear a mask if you prefer.
Cancellation Policy – Respecting your time and ours
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged the full rate for the session. This policy ensures that our therapists’ time is respected and allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for appointments.
